About Us

Abba Missions Christian Academy
Uganda
Our refugee school, Abba Missions Christian Academy, located in Rwamwanja Refugee Settlement in Uganda, is currently providing daily meals and Christian education to 280 children from Baby Class through Primary 5.
Many of these children come from vulnerable refugee families and would otherwise have little access to consistent education, nourishment, and hope for their future. Through this school, children are not only learning academically, but are also being cared for spiritually, emotionally, and physically each day. As the school continues to grow, we are committed to adding one class each year to continue supporting these students through their education journey, with Primary 6 opening in 2027 and Primary 7 in 2028.
The monthly cost to operate the school is currently $4,100, which covers meals, staff salaries, school supplies, and daily operations, and we presently have $2,100 in monthly support raised.
We are prayerfully seeking additional monthly sponsors who would partner with us in helping sustain and grow this mission, making it possible for these children to continue receiving education, care, and the love of Christ every single day.
Our Story
In addition to our Abba Missions sponsorship program, we began building a primary school in western Uganda in early 2025 to serve children living in a refugee settlement who otherwise have little access to education and daily care. Our vision is not only to sustain this school, but to open more schools in areas where quality education and Christ-centered care are desperately needed. We are currently seeking monthly supporters who would partner with us in bringing hope and opportunity to these children and their communities.
